Dead cells game on sale8/11/2023 Developers Evil Empire and Motion Twin announced on Monday that Dead Cells has surpassed 10 million copies sold since the game entered early access in 2017. I promise i wont spoil anything.Dead Cells has become one of the most successful indie games ever. Yeah same with issac for me, i will be getting the complete edition and not just the base game same thing i did with dead cells and it was the best decision i've ever made.Ībsolutely not, you can hit me up whenever you got questions about the game. Maybe i'll grab it someday, thanks a bunch for sharing your experience. Oh i see, sounds interesting maybe i have to play it by myself in order to get the hang of it. Oh wow, didn't know it was coop but sounds really cool. Possibly without spoiling anything since i like to discover the stuff myself. I am keeping an eye on binding of isaac also but if i buy it i would get all the dlcs or i feel like i don t have the complete experience.ĭo you mind sharing your experience with dead cells, and how is the game in terms of variety etc. The only thing i dislike about risk of rain 2 is that the first matches feels a bit slow, then the game obviously goes bananas but in a game where you usually can restart a lot of times it feels kinda like a chore but it's nothing that bad, anyway very good game and it goes crazy. I alteady played risk of rain 2 and i like it a lot, it can get a lot crazy, but don't expect much from coop online unless you voice chat in discord or play with some friends, playing with randoms feels like you play singleplayer with other people playing singleplayer. I've also read somewhere that risk of rain 2 is also quite similar to both dead cells and hades so i think you should check it out. Im also very much interested in binding of issac which thankfully is on sale rn so im thinking of pulling the trigger. I will definitely be playing it soon as i have already bought it during the last sale. Oh cool, thanks a bunch for pointing all the great stuff about hades. I still have to completely finish Hades, and i was checking dead cells since it's the other game that i wanted and i want to scratch the roguelite itch again. They are both roguelites but they are very different, possibly they are very fast action games but i think Hades is probably unique in the genre of the roguelites, you can't find another roguelites like Hades.īeautiful voice actors, beautiful story that compliments all the elements of a roguelike and the way it progress is very nice, there is variety and a lot of stuff to do but depends to what you compare the game to, for example binding of isaac has much more possibility and goes crazy meanwhile Hades can get a little freaky but at some point it also ends.īut it's beautiful and a game with greek gods is always a plus, then if you do them good even better.Īnyway you should definitely check it since it goes on sale at 13 euros nowadays and the game is totally worth full price. I have seen my brother try dead cells on Playstation. How's hades so far for you ? Really looking forward to play it someday. I've heard that the game is mechanically similar to hades but im not sure as i haven't played it yet. I dont know any other similar roguelites unfortunately as dead cells is my first ever rouguelike game and its absolutely amazing. The whole bundle gets discounted quite often, you can check it out on steamdb I tried the game on gamepass first and absolutely loved it and to my luck it was on sale here so i instantly bought the whole bundle. I'd say definitely try the base game first just to see if the game is for you or not.
